Every session is designed to help you slow down, release, and reconnect.
Here’s what to expect:
- Intention and Grounding : we begin gently, setting an intention for your session and tuning into your body. This is a moment to pause, notice how you feel, and create space for what’s about to unfold.
- Guided Active Conscious Breathwork : through intentional breath patterns, we release tension, open energy, and invite clarity. You move at your own pace, allowing your body and mind to let go of what no longer serves you.
- Integration and Reflection : after the Breathwork, we pause to reflect and absorb the experience. You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and fully present, grounded in your body and reconnected with your energy.
