  1. Intention and Grounding : we begin gently, setting an intention for your session and tuning into your body. This is a moment to pause, notice how you feel, and create space for what’s about to unfold.
  2. Guided Active Conscious Breathwork : through intentional breath patterns, we release tension, open energy, and invite clarity. You move at your own pace, allowing your body and mind to let go of what no longer serves you.
  3. Integration and Reflection : after the Breathwork, we pause to reflect and absorb the experience. You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and fully present, grounded in your body and reconnected with your energy.

About Me

I’m a wellness enthusiast raised on a small French island in the Pacific. My journey has taken me around the world, exploring cultures, living fully, and immersing myself in practices that nurture body and soul.
 
I’ve created and run wellness and yoga studios in Portugal, building spaces where people reconnect with themselves and find community. Among all my experiences, breathwork has been the most transformative: helping me release stored emotions and reconnect deeply with myself.
 
Now based in Dubai, I guide others to experience the same clarity and peace through breathwork. My sessions are safe, welcoming spaces where you can show up as you are, breathe deeply, and leave feeling lighter, centered, and energized.
